Will it hold in 40°C+ summer heat?
Yes. The 3M VHB adhesive is rated to 60°C+, which covers every AU summer on record. The aluminium body doesn't warp, and the N52 magnets don't lose strength with heat. We built this for Australian conditions.

My last mount fell off. Why will this one be different?
Cheap mounts use a single point of attachment, usually a weak suction cup or thin adhesive pad. GRPD Mag Pro combines a true vacuum absorption bracket, 3M VHB adhesive, and N52 rare earth magnets - three separate systems working together. We recently bought this phone mount for a 4-day road trip, and we were really impressed with how well it held up. It stayed securely in place the entire trip, even on bumpy roads and rough terrain.
The only issue we had was that the magnetic ring on the back of the phone came off twice, so we ended up using super glue to secure it. Honestly, though, this was a minor issue compared with other phone mounts we’ve purchased in the past.

Cracker little product. Came in really nice packaging, took two minutes to fit, and works exactly as advertised. My phone is glued to it. Even with a chunky Otterbox case the hold is unreal. Will be buying another for the missus's car.

I am not happy with this purchase the magnet does not work it does not stick on the surfaces like mentioned it made my phone fall off and slight crack on my protector screen. I would not recommend this product

After several cheap car mounts I decided to spend a bit extra on this one. Expectations were not high, however the Mag pro gripped tightly onto the flat surface of my dashboard and window. I didn't think the small magnetic ring for your phone case would be anywhere strong enough to hold the phone to the mount. Proven wrong for a second time. Okay lets do a bumpy road which is where all the other products I purchased have come apart. Surely the phone will gradually slide off the mount. Proven wrong for a third time. Overall product arrived quickly and as described. Easy to set up out of the box.
Only recommendedation is if you could include a few extra magnetic ring or have them as an add on to your order.
