At GRPD, every order includes free insured shipping - no hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 14–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Your Order All GRPD orders are shipped with full tracking. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at support@grpd.com.
Insured Shipping Every order is fully insured in transit. In the unlikely event your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will replace or refund your order at no cost to you. Simply contact our support team and we will make it right.
Customs and Import Duties For international orders outside of Australia, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking your local customs requirements before placing an international order.
Late or Missing Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@grpd.com.au and our team will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
