Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with all included accessories and components. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@getgrpd.com. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as GRPD cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the outcome. GRPD reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions. Items sent back without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.

 

1-Year Warranty

GRPD stands behind the quality of every product we sell. All GRPD Magnetic Mounts are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship that arise under normal and intended use of the product. If your GRPD mount develops a genuine manufacturing defect within 12 months of your purchase date, we will at our sole discretion repair, replace, or issue store credit for the affected product.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover and GRPD reserves the right to reject any warranty claim relating to:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Damage caused by use on surfaces other than smooth flat surfaces as specified in the product instructions
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions beyond the product's rated specifications
  • Normal wear and tear including scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage that does not affect product function
  • Damage caused by unauthorised modification or repair of the product
  • Products where the original proof of purchase cannot be provided
  • Products purchased from unauthorised resellers
  • Consumable parts such as adhesive rings and magnetic adapters
  • Any product with a removed, defaced, or altered serial number or warranty seal

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact us at support@getgrpd.com with the following information:

  1. Your full name and order number
  2. Date of purchase
  3. A clear description of the defect or issue
  4. Photographic or video evidence clearly showing the defect

All warranty claims are subject to assessment and approval by GRPD. Submitting a claim does not guarantee a warranty replacement or refund. GRPD reserves the right to request additional information or evidence before making a determination.

Warranty Assessment and Outcome

Upon receipt and review of your claim, GRPD will notify you of our determination within 5–7 business days. If your claim is approved, GRPD will at its sole discretion either:

  • Send a replacement product, or
  • Issue store credit to the value of the original purchase price

Cash refunds are not provided under warranty claims. Warranty replacements do not reset or extend the original warranty period.

Warranty Shipping

For approved warranty claims requiring a product return, return shipping to GRPD is at the customer's expense. GRPD will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product back to the customer within Australia and New Zealand only. International warranty shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GRPD's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or store credit at GRPD's sole discretion. GRPD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
